ZIVORA INDIA — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Zivora products! 
If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

RETURNS ACCEPTED:
✅ Damaged or defective product received
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product not as described

RETURN WINDOW:
7 days from delivery date

HOW TO RETURN:
Email us at shopzivoraindia@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the product
- Reason for return

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

REFUND PROCESS:
- Approved refunds processed in 5-7 business days
- Refund to original payment method
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer

NON-RETURNABLE:
❌ Used or opened products
❌ Products without original packaging
❌ Returns after 7 days

EXCHANGE:
We offer free exchange for damaged 
or wrong products delivered.
